You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To start your return, email us at support@tracistouch.com with your order number and which return option you’d like.
Store Credit

All returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Gift cards never expire and can be used on any items, sales, or new arrivals.

Eligible returns include items that don’t fit or didn’t meet your needs.

Once your request is approved, please ship your item back within 3–5 business days.========================Store credit will be emailed within 24–48 hours of us receiving and inspecting your return.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Store credit only.
Unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to:

Initiate a return by emailing us with your order number.

Once approved, return your item.

Use your store credit gift card to purchase the new item.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at support@tracistouch.com. with photos so we can send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
Lost Mail

Please confirm your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact your local USPS carrier first.

If unresolved, email us and we’ll help you file a claim with USPS.
✨ Note: Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
